Integrative psychotherapy means I combine a range of techniques and psychological theories, based on the unique needs of my clients. This includes exploring feelings, thoughts, behaviour patterns and relevant childhood experiences. We would work together, to reach whatever goals you set yourself, helping you feel happier and healthier.

Prior to my therapeutic training, I was a full time elite athlete and worked for many years in the charitable sector, in youth sport engagement and as a children and young peoples counsellor. I bring all my life experiences to my current psychotherapeutic practice.
