Traditional one-to-one talking therapy, based in-person (Horley, Surrey) or online. This session will be your first appointment, dedicated to getting to know each other and helping me understand the issues you are facing.
ON-GOING TREATMENT
£60 / 50 minutes
Traditional one-to-one talking therapy, based in-person (Horley, Surrey) or online. These sessions follow on from an initial consultation and provide a safe, confidential therapeutic experience.
WALK & TALK (coming soon)
£150 / 60 minutes
One-to-one therapy, meeting in an area of natural beauty (Surrey) to walk while we talk. Location to be discussed in an initial assessment.
